Document Structure

Contract Review - Assessment of the technical aspects of the document [CONTRACT FILE] with indication of which points are and which points are not complete.
Technical Advisory - Outline of notable areas where improvements should be made in order to bring the software up to industry standards.
Remediation Plan - Proposal of the remaining work required to bring the product in line with the contract, including cost estimates.
